The hotel is conveniently located very near to the airport, making it perfect for transit stays. The shuttle service provided hourly to the airport is a great convenience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options to choose from and the kitchen caters to everyone's preferences. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Mr Berket at check-in who provided a complimentary room upgrade.

The luxury of the room was unmatched. I spent two nights in an exclusive suite with top-notch amenities and a stunning view. the spa centre and indoor swimming pool were a dream come true. the service was impeccable, and the restaurant provided an outstanding halal food experience. the garden area was breathtaking. the location of this hotel was perfect for my needs.
The only minor issue I experienced was the price of drinks at the bar. I spent more on bar bills than my accommodation, though the bar/lounge area was top-notch and provided an excellent atmosphere.

This hotel had luxurious and exclusive amenities that were beyond our expectations. the Spa & wellness centre was exquisite and allowed us to relax after a busy day. the Indoor swimming pool and Sauna were a perfect addition to our stay. the location was great, with easy access to the beach and garden area for a lovely walk. the private facilities included in the room were a luxurious touch, and the restaurant/bar was impressive too.
The only issue we faced was the slow service during peak hours at the restaurant. But overall, this hotel was an exceptional stay and provided us with a memorable experience.
